The Community Well-Being & Public Safety Framework
Developed by the New York City Criminal Justice Agency and Luminosity, this Framework explores how communities can move beyond responding to harm and begin identifying the conditions that contribute to it. This series examines how community well-being and public safety indicators can be analyzed together to reveal early signs of instability, guide coordinated action across agencies, and help jurisdictions invest in strategies that strengthen safety, stability, and opportunity.
