Reporting to the organization’s CEO, the General Counsel, is responsible for ensuring that the agency is adhering to the standards of a tax-exempt, 501C3 organization and that CJA’s interests are protected in all its contractual agreements, program structures, operations, partnerships, policies, and procedures.
