Andrea Lee Gomez is a Research Assistant in the EBP Department. Andrea recently received her master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. While at John Jay, Andrea conducted empirical research on violent criminal behavior through the Investigative Psychology Research Unit in collaboration with the FBI. She also worked as a research assistant with the New York State Psychiatric Institute looking at the effects of COVID-19 on justice-involved young adults. Prior to this, Andrea worked as a child and family advocate at the Children's Advocacy Center of Los Angeles. Andrea has experience working with SPSS and Python.
